Personal Data

Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. Use of your order data

You can order products online on our website / webshop. By doing so, you enter into a contractual relationship with Coffeecycle and we collect and process your personal data in connection with your orders. This personal data (including name, address, e-mail address, payment and return information, possibly date of birth and telephone number) is stored for the purpose of order processing and management of your Coffeecycle customer account. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address in accordance with the legal requirements. The right to do so results from Art. 6 (1) b or Art. 6 (1) c GDPR.

In our webshop you can set up a password-protected account / customer account. This means that you have access to your personal data stored by us at any time and do not have to enter your data again and again when placing a new order. You can change, correct or delete the data stored in your customer account at any time).

To set up an account/customer account in our web shop, we collect your first and last name and your e-mail address. The right to do so results from Art.6 (1) b GDPR.

What data does Coffeecycle collect via its own cookies when you visit the website?

We use all of the personal data you provide to us as part of your contact request exclusively to process your customer request with us. We process your data based on the legal basis in Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Section 312g, Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code, there is no right of cancellation or it expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. This applies to the currently only product, the coffee soap. Therefore, there is currently no right of withdrawal.

2. Order, delivery and shipping costs

Orders and deliveries are possible within Germany and are not free of shipping costs. The specified shipping costs apply. We only deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria for the specified shipping costs. Items are only sold in normal household quantities.

3. Warranty

If delivered goods have obvious material defects, manufacturing defects or transport damage, please complain immediately and send us an email with photo proof of the defects to: info.coffeecycle@gmail.com. However, failure to report a defect has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for a reduction in price or withdrawal apply at your discretion.

4. Prices

The prices stated on www.coffeecycle-hamburg.com are online prices in euros (including the legally applicable value added tax).

5. Payment

You can generally pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Sofortüberweisung. There is no possibility of discount deduction.

5.1. payment with credit card

Coffeecycle accepts Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa.

In addition to the card number, validity and the credit card company, Coffeecycle needs the check digit of your credit card. The check digit ensures payment security on the Internet. With your credit card you will find the check digit as a three-digit number on the back of the credit card. Security: In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your data, the latest encryption techniques such as e.g. B. the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is used. SSL is a standard protocol recognized on the Internet that ensures secure data exchange. All order data, including your credit card data, is only transmitted in encrypted form to Coffeecycle .

5.2. Payment via PayPal

Open a PayPal account. Link your bank account or credit card details to your PayPal account and you can pay with PayPal. PayPal is TÜV-tested and thus meets all the strict requirements and requirements that the TÜV places on a secure online payment system. Your bank details or credit card number are stored securely at PayPal and are protected by the SSL protocol and the 128-bit key.

5.3. Payment via Apple Pay

With Apple Pay / the "Wallet" app you can pay online with your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch via the integrated NFC chip. The payment process at Coffeecycle is processed via your virtually stored credit or EC card. During the payment process, Apple sends you a unique device-specific number (token) via NFC, in which the data of your stored bank card is transmitted in encrypted form. On the iPhone or iPad you authorize the process via Touch ID or on new Apple devices via Face ID. On your Apple Watch or alternatively you confirm the payment by entering your unlock code. The latest iOS, watchOS or macOS must be installed on your device and you need a valid Apple ID with which you are signed in to iCloud. According to Apple, neither your card number nor personal data is transmitted to Coffeecycle during the payment process.

 5.4. Payment via Google Pay

 With the Google Pay app you can pay online with your Android smartphone with at least Android 5.0 via the integrated NFC chip. The payment process at Coffeecycle is processed via your virtually stored  credit card or your PayPal account. During the payment process, Google sends you a unique device-specific number (token) via NFC, in which the data of your stored bank card is transmitted in encrypted form. According to Google, neither your card number nor personal data are transmitted to Coffeecycle during the payment process.

5.5. Payment via Klarna immediate transfer

Sofortüberweisung is an easy-to-use direct transfer method based on the high security standard of online banking. You use your own online banking details and do not have to submit any personal information or card details to Coffeecycle. Your online banking data is entered on the secure Sofort GmbH payment page, which Coffeecycle does not have access to. The online banking access data, such as PIN and TAN, are never visible to Coffeecycle or third parties, including Klarna, and to employees of SOFORT GmbH. Sofort GmbH has the TÜV seal “Certified Data Protection” and Sofort the certificate “Certified Payment System” from TÜV Saarland. Coffeecycle receives a real-time confirmation after completing the instant transfer and your order can be shipped.

5.6. Payment in advance for orders from abroad

If you order in advance, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the invoice. You then pay the invoice amount, stating the invoice data / order number, directly after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer to the Coffeecycle account: Commerzbank IBAN: DE11 2004 0000 0633 8131 00. As soon as your payment has been booked, all available items will be sent to you immediately.

6. Electronic Communications

You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.

7. Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Disclaimer for External Links

In the case of reference to links to other sites on the Internet, Coffeecycle UG assumes no liability. The following applies to all these links: Coffeecycle UG expressly declares that it has no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the linked pages. 9. Image Rights

10. Storage of the order text

The contract is concluded in German or the chosen language. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be called up after the order process has been completed. However, you will receive your order data by e-mail immediately after sending the order.
